At ReGEN Wellness Lab, we believe in flexibility and transparency. Our membership structure is designed to give you control while allowing us to maintain consistent service for all clients.

Membership Billing

All memberships and recurring services are billed monthly in advance. Your payment secures your access for the upcoming billing cycle.

 

Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your membership at any time.

- Cancellation will stop future billing.  

- Your membership will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period.  

- No additional charges will occur after cancellation is processed.

Pause Membership (this is a great option for schedule flexibility!)

You may contact the studio to pause your membership at any time. No further charges will be incurred until the agreed upon date.

 

No Refunds or Prorating  

All payments are non-refundable.

- We do not offer refunds or prorated credits for unused time, sessions, or services within a billing cycle.  

- After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your paid period.

 

Appointment Cancellations

We encourage at least 12 hours’ notice for all scheduled appointments.

- Repeat late cancellations or missed appointments may warrant low priority future bookings.

- This helps ensure fair access to scheduling for all clients.

 

Medical or Emergency Exceptions

We understand that unexpected situations happen. Exceptions may be considered in cases of medical necessity or emergencies at management’s discretion.

Additionally, you can cancel your membership by contacting info@regenwellnesslab.com or by speaking with a team member in-studio.
